Manuscripts submitted for publication must be prepared in accordance with the scientific and technical requirements of the Taiz University Journal of Arts and Humanities, while complying with the Journal's approved manuscript template and referencing requirements.
Depending on the nature and discipline of the study, the manuscript should include the following elements:

Introduction
Literature Review or Theoretical Framework
Research Methodology
Results
Discussion
Conclusions and Recommendations
Acknowledgments, where applicable
Funding Statement, where applicable
Conflict of Interest Statement
Ethical Approval Statement, where applicable
Disclosure of the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools, where applicable

The manuscript title should be:
Clear and accurate.
Reflective of the subject and content of the study.
Specific and appropriate to the field of research.
Authors are encouraged to provide the manuscript title in both Arabic and English.
The manuscript must include a clear and concise abstract that, where applicable, states:
The objective of the study.
The methodology used.
The main findings.
The key conclusions or implications.
Appropriate keywords should also be provided to facilitate indexing and improve the discoverability of the manuscript.
For manuscripts written in languages other than Arabic, an Arabic abstract should be provided in addition to the abstract in the language of the manuscript, in accordance with the Journal's requirements.
Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word and in accordance with the Journal's approved manuscript template.

Tables, figures, and images must be clear, properly numbered, and referred to in the main text.
The maximum length of a manuscript is 30 pages, including abstracts, references, figures, and appendices, unless otherwise specified by the Journal.
Authors must ensure that:
Tables and figures are numbered sequentially.
Each table or figure has a clear and appropriate title.
All tables and figures are referred to in the main text.
Images and illustrations are of suitable quality for publication.
Necessary permissions are obtained when using materials protected by intellectual property rights.
Images or data are not manipulated in a way that may mislead readers or distort scientific findings.
Authors must accurately cite all sources used in their research and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
Depending on the nature of the research, sources may include:

Translated books.
Articles published in academic journals.
Manuscripts.
Conference papers.
Theses and dissertations.
Electronic sources and publications.
The reference list must be organized at the end of the manuscript in accordance with the referencing style approved by the Journal.
Authors are fully responsible for:
The accuracy of reference information.
Not including nonexistent references.
Not fabricating citations.
Properly citing all ideas, texts, and data taken from the work of others.
Including a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) or another persistent identifier where available.
Authors should carefully review their manuscripts and ensure that all preparation and formatting requirements have been met before submitting their work through the Journal's online submission system.
