The Journal of Arts and Humanities (TUAHJ) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Arts, Taiz University, Republic of Yemen. The journal publishes original scholarly research and studies in the fields of arts, humanities, and social sciences.
The journal was established in 2011 under the title “Faculty of Arts Journal – Annual Peer-Reviewed Journal.” Five issues were published through 2015, after which publication was suspended due to the exceptional circumstances affecting the Republic of Yemen. The journal subsequently resumed its academic activities with a developed editorial system and electronic publishing platform.
The journal accepts original scholarly manuscripts written in Arabic and English. Submitted manuscripts must be original, must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere, and must meet the journal’s scientific and editorial requirements.
The journal is published biannually, with the possibility of publishing special issues when scientifically appropriate and upon the decision of the Editorial Board. It is published in both print and online editions.
