The Arts and Humanities Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Arts at Taiz University in Yemen. The journal specializes in publishing original scholarly studies and research in the fields of arts, humanities, and social sciences.
The first issue of the journal was published in 2011 under the title Faculty of Arts Journal: A Peer-Reviewed Annual Journal. Publication continued through the fifth issue in 2015, after which the journal was suspended due to the circumstances of the war.
The journal aims to be published semiannually and occasionally issues special editions. It is available in both print and electronic formats. The journal carries the International Standard Serial Numbers (ISSN) 3006-7561 for the print edition and 3006-757X for the electronic edition. It aspires to become one of the leading academic journals in its field.
The journal is dedicated to publishing original research in the social sciences and humanities, in both Arabic and English, provided that the work has not been previously published.
