Abstract This research deals with the verification of issues in Islamic jurisprudence, which is one of the important topics for the practitioner of Islamic jurisprudence, through which the jurist can reach the correct judgement on emerging issues, and this requires patience in issuing judgments, and that the verification process takes a deep understanding of reality and the jurisprudence of the Sharia. The study is in four sections: the first section covers jurisprudential differences, the second section deals with the meaning of verification of issues in Islamic jurisprudence, the third deals with the controls in the verification of issues in Islamic jurisprudence, and the fourth section lists two applications to the verification of issues in Islamic jurisprudence, viz., the issue of the revocation of ablution by touching women, and the legitimacy of demonstrations demanding rights and the lifting of injustice.
