Submission Requirements

The Taiz University Journal of Arts and Humanities welcomes original scientific research and scholarly studies in the fields covered by the Journal's aims and scope.

These requirements are intended to help authors prepare and submit their manuscripts in accordance with the Journal's publication standards and procedures.

1. Conditions for Manuscript Acceptance

A manuscript submitted for publication must meet the following requirements:

  1. The manuscript must be original, scientifically rigorous, and make a clear scholarly contribution to its field of specialization.
  2. The manuscript must not have been previously published, in whole or in part, in any print or electronic publication.
  3. The manuscript must not be under consideration, review, or submission to another journal or publishing body.
  4. The subject of the manuscript must fall within the aims and scope of the Taiz University Journal of Arts and Humanities.
  5. The manuscript must comply with scientific and methodological standards and with research and publication ethics.
  6. The manuscript must be free from linguistic, spelling, and grammatical errors.
  7. Authors must comply with the Journal's approved manuscript template and writing and referencing requirements.
  8. All authors must approve the final version submitted for publication.
  9. Any sources of funding or actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
  10. All data, information, and findings presented in the manuscript must be accurate and verifiable.

The Journal reserves the right to reject any manuscript that does not meet these requirements before it is sent for peer review.


2. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the Journal's online submission system.

Authors must enter all required information accurately, including:

  • Full name of each author.
  • Institutional affiliation.
  • Country.
  • Email address.
  • Identification of the corresponding author.
  • Academic degree and field of specialization, where required.
  • ORCID iD, where available.
  • Manuscript title.
  • Abstract.
  • Keywords.
  • Funding information, where applicable.
  • Conflict of interest statement.
  • Any other information required by the Journal's submission system.

The corresponding author is responsible for communicating with the Journal and following all stages of submission, peer review, revision, and publication.
